Gannon University offers post master's certification programs in Curriculum Supervision, K-12 Reading Specialist, K-12 Principal, and Superintendent Letter of Eligibility. These programs have a blended approach: a combination of face-to-face and on-line instruction. Each certification program requires embedded and concentrated internships. In addition, two on-line masters programs are offered: Curriculum and Instruction and Reading. The M. Ed. in Reading requires a 6 credit internship scheduled during the summer.
The Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Learning and Leadership utilizes an interdisciplinary model that incorporates theory and research devoted to social organizations and the dynamics of leadership. The program prepares practitioners to recognize issues, structures, and processes in social organizations, examine and assess leadership and interpersonal dynamics, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and identify innovative responses to issues and opportunities in a wide range of organizational settings. A new cohort will begin soon and applicants should contact us about admission as soon as possible.
